I also declare that I am fully eligible for the membership of the Islamabad Stock Exchange in terms of membership criteria as laid down in the Articles of Association and Rules and Regulations of the Exchange. In the event of acceptance of my offer, I shall deposit the balance amount of my quoted price within fifteen (15) days from demand by the ISE. I also acknowledge and accept that the Management of the Islamabad Stock Exchange reserves the right to reject my offer without assigning any reasons what so ever.
