What does ISE do in case of investor
complaints against brokers?
ISE has a complaint cell which exclusively deals with the complaints
against brokers. After the complaint is lodged, the broker is
intimated about the complaint and a reply is expected within three
days from him. The broker and the complainant are asked to settle
the complaint mutually or through the Floor Committee. If all
efforts to solve the complaint amicably fail then the matter will
be referred to the Arbitration Committee.
