A very competent and experienced team of professionals is given the responsibility of providing support services for the network. Network support people are always ready for a prompt solution to any problem coming in the network. Major responsibilities of the support department includes

Ensure smooth functioning of the members VLAN which has the TWS net on it.
Maintain all the servers on the servers VLAN.

Install any application on all trading workstations as per requirement.
Purchase and install computer systems, printers, scanner etc on the network on requirement basis.
